Do they not realize that a phone call costs more than a qwarter now? Would it be rude to chuck the qwarter at their head?

No one has evar said that to Cat. Cat would keep the qwarter. With a few more, Cat could buy some caffeeen! Cat needs it. Cat has, however, said that to a few people...but didn't actually offer them a qwarter. Cat is somewhat tight-pawed when it comes to actual cash!

no, but i've done this many times, usually when they're just going on and on about all their supposed 'problems', like all day and i'm just sick of it and have my own stuff to deal with.
