i want to know what types of exercise i can do at each of these times of day. i want a flatter tummy and a stronger looking physique. i want strong leg muscles without being a big buff guy with muscles as big as ... well you know CAN ANY EXPERTS OR ANYONE WITH ANY LINKS GIVE ME LINKS TO LOOK AT FOR GOOD ADVICE ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN THAT FLAT TUMMY AND STRONG ARMS AND LEGS I WANT???

jump rope in the morning to get your heart rate up then stretch, after school do crunches and leg ups for your abs, and before you go to bed take a mile or 2 walk

just get a plan like monday tris and chest
tuesday legs and calves
wednesday shoulders and bi's
thursday rest
friday legs and calves
saturday abs
sunday rest

and u dont need to lift for more than one hour just go all out for like 45 minutes like a very intense workout for 30 minutes will be better than working out morning after school and night to get real good definition use lighter weight with more reps for more strength heavier i mean heavier weight for less reps like 3-5 range

before my varsity football season started off i did only like 3-5 reps on squat like at around 360 to 365 and did box jumps with a 45 and did lunges with 60 ilbs and i killed mmy self for only 40 minutes but i was the fastest and most powerful DB on the field

Sit ups for your abs and DIET. no fat, no soda....
Squats, holding books or anything around the house to develop your upper thighs and glutes. Also push your back against the wall and hold as long as possible, then release and repeat.
Squats are your key to being a hottie....
A nice butt will beat big arms anyday from the girls' perspective.

I am not an expert but I have read doing sit-ups can help flatten tummies...
