Normally fish eats any fish smaller than him but that would depend if they're available in the habitat. For blue tang the following are considered to be his predetors:
Tuna, bar jack, tiger grouper, and other large carnivorous fishes.

yes sharks groupers snappers barracudas and moray eels but your forgetting the little things like the fact that their prone to getting ick which can eat them alive and lateral line erosion these too can eat a blue tang.
