My p.e teacher made us, to 400 lunges, 10 suicides, walk a mile, and some other stuff....all in one day [today] and it hurts soooooo bad and i seriously need to get rid of the pain!! any help, would be GREAT!!!

Take some Tylenol and soak in a hot tub of water.

Drink a lot of water to flush the toxins from your muscles. Soak in a tub with epsom salts too, and massage! 400 lunges sounds like an AWFUL LOT! I don't know what a suicide is, but the lunges are enough to kill you!

Just a side note...if you have to do lunges again, be careful not to let your knee go past your toes. I know it sounds dumb (and your P.E. teacher should have told you this anyway) but even though you're still young, the damage you do to your knees now, will come back to haunt you later...so please, DO be careful!

That's great, I'm glad PE is still in schools. Too many fat kids out there. Just keep your water intake high and stretch a lot. Your body is like a sponge. Notice when a sponge is dry it is stiff and when it gets wet it bends, muscle works the same way. Most kids don't drink enough water.

advil always helps. also you should stretch, a LOT.
you alwasy need to stretch before/after workouts.
just warm up before you do, so you could just do some jumping jacks or jog in place or do what someone else said and take a bath! baths are good because they relaxe the muscles.
just remember, stretching is key (im a dancer & a runner, i know)

-rest your legs, walk a little so the muscles don't get cold
-Could try hot/cold treatment
-drink a lot
-take a bath
-massage them
-take some sort of pain killer

Chasity : you can use " Deep Heat ointment" for reliving pain
because leggaments can get torn or streched out of shape some
times ! tell coach refer http://www.firstaid.forsorelegs.com yes
sports ice pack would be the best ok ?
