Ray Manzarek played the keyboards.
They actually used one of the keyboards for bass lines.
Some session guy helped once in a while

They had various studio musicians, and no steady band member. Ray Manzarek played lots of bass with his feet, on the foot-keyboard.

No such thing as "base guitar" - it's spelled "bass guitar."

they didn't have a full time bass player...ray manzarek played keyboards and gave them the bassline there...but for albums and occassionally they used jerry scheff
