I was four weeks along when I ate macaroni salad. It's been on my fridge for three days-four days, but it didn't smell bad and still tasted good. I ate it and four hours later I had severe stomach ache. More on the upper side. It lasted about two-three hours. I did not vomit or anything.. it was just a stomach pain... After that... two days later I found out I was four weeks pregnant.....Could that have affect my developing baby?

Nope, the salad probably wasn't even bad, considering you didn't throw up. Babies in the womb are suprisingly resisliant(spell??) Anyways, the baby doesn't eat the actual food, they just get the nutrients, if there are any. So don't worry.

No, your little one is perfectly safe. Fortunately for the baby, any discomfort you feel whether it be nausea, gas pains, headache, whatever- your little peanut feels nothing. Just make sure you stay hydrated if you ever do throw up. When morning sickness sets in (usually between 6 and 12 weeks) you'll want to make sure you're drinking enough. Don't forget to take a multivitamin with folic acid!!
Congrats!

No stomach aches and pains won't effect the unborn baby.
