Short of surgery there is nothing you can do to make 'it' (I presume your penis, unless you are talking about your middle finger right hand) longer, these things are genetically determined.
Surgery is a bit of a risk as it will give only limited results of say half to one inch or so. But the quality of your errection will be grossly reduced so it is not worth it.

Put pressure on "it" and try to get blood pumping into it, maybe it will grow. I don't recommend stimulants, your grandfather didn't use stimulants, but he got your father into this world.

if its your penis that your talking about you cant do anything to make it longer. if your a young man it will grow dont worry!
