Talk to somebody....a friend, a counselor, pastor, sibling, but SOMEBODY! You need to get your hurt, and anger out. It was NOT your fault, so don't even think it was. I was older when mine divorced, but it still hurt. Talk to a friend about it.

I am very sorry that you are suffering right now. Nothing anyone says is going to take the pain away. The only comfort that I can try to offer is that you will be okay. Parents sometimes need to get divorced because their relationship is not working anymore. I know that must be hard to understand, but it is not your fault. Your parents will probably be happier apart than together. I'm sure you want your parents to be happy. They still love you and will be there for you.

Talk to your parents about how you feel. If you are uncomfortable doing that then talk with a counselor at school, a minister your trust or a trusted friend. Psychologists are also good for helping you work through feelings. Bottom line though - love both of your parents and do not disparage either of them.
