You won't get bigger boobs.

As for period changes, you will have good things there: they will be lighter and stable. Some girls get less cramps.

Some girls put on water weight. Just use diuretics.
For food cravings either drink lots of water to fill you up or eat healthy foods, plus exercise to keep weight off.

I did not gain weight (fat) from the pill, but I take on water in my tissues and have to take diuretics all the time.

weight gain doesnt happen to everyone - didnt happen to me. bigger boobs could be a result from hormones or weight gain... but its not that much of a noticable difference. periods become more regular and lighter.

I've heard of some weight gain, but nothing excessive. But I also heard it clears up your acne, if you have any!
