Because Europe and North America contain the most liberal democracies at present (democracy came from Europe, specifically Greece and Rome, the U.S. reintroduced it to the world). Asia did not traditionally have democracies, but they are catching on there, so you can't say all. The Middle East and Africa were traditionally tribal, which generally meant small monarchies, democracy is still in it's infancy in those places.

That's just all wrong, the most free, democratic and prosperous countries are not "white" they are a mixture of all races.

One item: many non-white countries tendto cluster around the equator...this creates arid, desert areas or lush jungle areas that stifle development, somewhat. And the oppressive heat could tend to limit expendible effort. I see difficulty with food and potable water as being common factors in those regions. I don't believe there is a genetic, racial, or physiological reason you could point to.

Because European powers and their colonies, like the US, spent the last 500 years enslaving and exploiting the rest of the world. That leads to prosperity.
