Like the are standing in the dark were you can't see them at night and they tell you things that you don't really hear but see in your head? Do you feel unsafe when your really safe? Are you safe?

Kid you need help. That's a form of mental illness I'm afraid.

It's one thing to feel unsure and insecure...everybody DOES have those moments...but when you cross that line and hear voices and think there are shadows where there aren't any is when you need to address this problem with someone professional. Trust me on that one kiddo. Talk out your problems with a school counsellor at the very least. Don't get yourself into situations you aren't ready to handle yet.

Yes, I work in Customer Service at a night job for a grocery store and had a man come to the C.S. desk and tell me he killed his wives. He said he "I beat them bloody, watched them die, and didn't care." He proceeded to demonstrate to me how he killed them with his hands. I carry pepper spray on me now because I work until 11:30 PM some nights!

It's your mind playing tricks on you. Its called paranoia. Yes I have experienced it. The thing to do is instead of letting your emotions take over try to reason things out and youll see theres nothing to fear.
