I have a black boyfriend and we have been together for nine years. So my question is why do black women become angry at white women for dating black men??? The black men also chose to date white women,( and I do understand that there are black men who only date black women) so why is it that the white woman gets all the trash talked to her as if she stole the guy from black women or something, even though he willingly chose that route??? I hope no one gets offended by this question, but after nine years of mean looks and comments I just gotta get some black female feedback. Thanks.

I'm a black woman and honestly I don't know why black women get so mad at that. I think it might be because they think white people have everything and now are even taking black men. (which is a blatant misunderstanding in most cases). Also this may be augmented by the fact that black woman/white man relationships are FAR less common. I'm in a relationship with a white man and I get a lot of nasty comments from white women so I know how you feel.

I will answer you honestly. I could care less because I am mixed with the world but most of the time black men that are good looking and successful seem to date or marry white women. This is called there token piece!!! It is looked at as they have reached such wealth that now they can even attract a white women. In the days of slavery you more so heard of white men sleeping with black women but rarely heard of a white women wanting a black man. So now and days it is looked upon as a reward. Black women get mad because they feel as though its not really love but more of a " I've gotten closer to being white thing". However I think that people love who they love!!! Interracial couples will always hear bull from ignorant people. As long as you see him for what he is, A Man, not his color, A Man, and guess what he's your man!!!!! So do your thing!!!! I hope your relationship continues to grow cause it's beautiful, its showing that not everyone is all caught up in looks and race.

lol. Answer here from an 18yr old English boy/man (white). Well, it's scientiffically proven that black men have larger 'bit's' than white one's. So I suppose it must piss them off (the black women) that you've just ruined their one in 6billion chance that they could have got with a 'brother'. Since they are black themselves, some of them feel it is a 'right' to have someone of their own race.
P.S. My grandfather was pure black, from Barbados, I'm a quater black, mixed with some meditterainian (hope I spelled that last one right). Anyway, it's hereditary too (big 'part's'). Mine's operating at nearly 19cm and my girlfriend loves it! PLUS, I'm still growing with age. I'm hoping to just about topp 20cm in a few years (though it is reaching a point that is making my girlfriend suffer sometimes, so it's not all that good for me, cause I have to ease off a bit)

i dont have a problem with mixed relationships, but when black women get mad at a black man for dating a white girl, its usually because the black man in question is usually successful and good looking. its becoming less rare to find that, but in the past it's been hard to find a good focused black man to be with and when u see them with a white girl you kind of wonder "why is she with him when she has plenty of successful white guys?" i dont see it like this because i know its not bout race when u love someone, but it kind of seems like batrayal to some women. thats what i think, but im commonly wrong.

unfortunately this is something that is never going to go away...and yes i can admit that i have hated in the past when i saw a black man with a white woman...well i can't speak for all black women but...i used to think "i'm intelligent, attractive, have a good head on my shoulders" so what's wrong with me? what does she [the white woman] have that i don't?...as i got older i realized that it is a matter of personal preference...some women think that when a black man starts to do well for himself then they abandon their race and opt for a white woman, which is completely nonsense...the irony is that it happens with white ppl as well...black women are just more vocal...i have dated white men and we got the same looks and comments...i think it's just the history that is shared between black ppl and white ppl...i don't see it changing in the near future unfortunately...all you can do is be thankful that you have found love no matter what color he is...hope this helps.

And i read many kkk like answers and questions where the user said something retarded like "they're ugly, blah, blah, and even black men prefer white woman." Oh please! SRY, its not you, its just (some, I certainly dont ever think all) racist whites should remember that a few black men dating white women does not mean black women arent beautiful, and they are fooling themselves.
