No Kirk has a son by one of the doctors, and Spock had a relationship with a female Vulcan, on some of the shows.

No. I've given this alot of thought, its just not doable. Kirks not worthy of Spock anyway.

Kirk was seducing a woman every third episode! Spock was celibate, but "burned" for his fiancee T'Pring, a Vulcan woman, in the episode whose name escapes me now.
Close male friendship does not make the men gay. It makes them close friends.
