I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and I noticed that it has helped me in alot of ways. I feel more relaxed and I sleep good at night. I have read that Sea Kelp contains Iodine which helps your thyroid gland in balancing out hormones in your body. Is this correct and are there any other benefits from taking Kelp? Oh and by the way My hair and skin looks healthier too! And how about sea salts? Can you benefit just as good from adding it to your diet? Or is Iodized salt just as good?

The difference between sea salt and regular table salt is that sea salt has a naturally complex balance of trace minerals and elements within it. Unlike common table salt which is usually bleached using chemical agents and is stripped down to its basic sodium chloride. I use sea salt exclusively.
