How do I access "Get It Now" on a Verizon Wireless pre-pay phone?

The phone won't connect to the internet for ring tones, games, wallpaper, etc. Wondering if I need to call Verizon to "turn on" that option.

get it now is not avaible on a prepaid phone for verizon
