Not very well, they deserve better. The occasional bed and breakfast otherwise the embankment steps and card -board to keep the rain off and old newspapers to keep them warm. No half of anything should have to live this way.

this would depend on which half you live in!
i like to think i'm in the middle, we can afford most things when we want them, but we do have to budget for major purchase.
We can afford to eat out regularly, but not every night.
There is always beer in the fridge if we want one-but we cant go to the pub every night. in all i think we are quite lucky, but we a far from rich.

My aunt actually gave me a card about sleeping over her house. In between the lines I swear it said "One night to see how the other half lives". They think my family is trash because we live in the ghetto...maybe we are...â¥

the other half being..... WOMEN? We live in a world where everything is complicated....
The other half being..... the rich? it's a world of opulence, and instant gratification, but probably a lot of worry.
The other half being..... people who have never visited answers? Less enlightened than those of us who have..
The other half being..... OK, OK... I can't think of any more... ;-)

The other HALF of what? Worms? It is a myth apparently that when a worm is chopped in half both halves live.

Well, d'uh! They live a half-life, don't they? All glowy and radioactive and highly highly dangerous. Y'know, like Simon Cowell.

I see them now, mansions (REAL ones- and not the "McMansion" variety, either!) ...Mansions on the hillsides, looking down upon our rental duplex condo, taunting us with the imposing truth...that they are richer, and more comfortable than we will ever be, and they have a place to put all of their stuff, and none of their things are in storage, because they even have basements.
