Yes.

Every theater has a ghost.

I don't know why and I don't believe it, but I've been in countless theaters and for some reason each one has a ghost.

Uh ... she died during a rehearsal, she fell into the orchestra pit. She still wears the costume of the show they were doing.
The play was Our Town and so she's wearing a night-gown.

According to the urban legend the adolescent girl's ghost has a name its "Mary". About how she looks i heard in a TV show long back "Like all classic opera houses, the Orpheum has a ghost. 'Mary,' an adolescent girl in a white dress, apparently has her own seat in the theater. Don't worry. She's reported to be friendly."

all theaters have ghost and they are there for a reason maybe lost ,but there is a lot of reasons
