This sounds like it is all about your partner, that she is treating you rather like a toy, not a partner, and is trying to fullfill some fantasy regarding the physical nature, and appearance, of her partner.
A few questions you really need to ask yourself urgently: Where are you in all this, what do you want? What happens when all this surgery is finished? Will you then be the package that she was trying to create? What if she finds that you look the part, but your personality is not what she wanted? The problem with toys is that people can get bored of them, and discard them. Why would you put yourself in such a vulnerable situation? What would you do if she ever left you?
Be very very carefull here, changing gender is a major thing not to be treated lightly, if you do it for the wrong reasons it is likely to cause you a lot of emotional and psychological distress.
This is dangerous ground, I think you need to seriously reflect on your relationship with your girlfriend for your sake, it sounds extremely distructive. I am extremely concerned for you.
You say she is not making you, that she asked you to do it. I'm sorry mate, this reeks of manipulation. If you were doing this for yourself to live as your true gender I would be behind you, however from the way you have written this it seems clear that this is not the case; you do not seem to write like a transsexual person going through transition with their partner behind them, supporting them.
Look after yourself.

Anytime you have plastic surgery you should do it for yourself. If she only likes you if you have the surgery, go find someone else and learn to love yourself the way you are.

Your crazy for allowing her to do what she's doing and you are so confused. Go see a psychotherapist so that she can prescribe you something powerful so you can start acting like a guy again and tell your woman to love you for the guy you are! Sheesh!
