I made thank you post cards once by using my printer and cardstock paper. The front was a photo of the gift in use. It was received in a pretty cool way :) Hope that helps.

A photo of the recipient with the gift holding a sign that says "Thank You" printed on cardstock with a personal message handwritten on the inside.

depends on what the thank you was for, you can always put a design of the item on the front of the card. If wedding, baby ect. Thank you in general you can always use fancy writing and add some flowers.

Most of my thank you notes are made by me taking a picture of the gift and putting it in my photo editing. If I'm in a hurry, I just send out one of flowers I've photographed.
