As an American, I answer you, there is no President on the $100 bill, just a picture of Benjamin Franklin, a now-dead inventor. The President is sitting at home in the Oval Office. haha

although he WAS NOT a president of The United States, i believe the correct answer would be Benjamin Franklin....
however, he did invent electricity!!!!!
so without him=====no chatting, no electricity, but i do think he was eccentric by flying a kite during a storm!!!!!!

As a group, we sometimes vote some dumb people into office, but never to my knowledge have we ever had a president that flies a kite during a thunderstorm!
