1.Martrats- It's a buddy picture about these two high school friends who hang out at the local Wal-Mart. They hang out their because the town doesn't have a mall and it is the closest thing to a mall they can get to. Between f*cking with old people and making inapropriate remarks over the stores P.A. system they have a hell of a good time at Wal-Mart!
2. Alone at Home- My version of Home Alone. Basically its the same thing except that it's a teen comedy kind of movie. It would star a tennager about 17 or 18 years old that is left Alone at Home for the holidays because he doesn't want to go with his family on a vacation at Christmas time. He want's to stay home. so his family decides to leave hime alone since he's old enough to make these kind of decisions on his own. They leave and he is left alone the way he wanted it but he is not to be Alone at Home for long...
3. Lastly is the one I am most enthused about. It's a high school story of a guy who looses sight of what's important

in life. He ditches his old group of 'unpopular' friends and opts to hang out with the uppity rich croud. Soon though a crissis occurs in his life and the people that he called his friends show their true colors. He is led to only one option to solve all of his problems...suicide.

Sorry but these ideas are all pretty unoriginal. I mean nothing could ever beat Mallrats that is such an awesome movie. Perhaps if you call Alone at Home something else and make it very different to Home Alone then people won't see it as a complete rip off of Home Alone. The third idea seems like the most bankable to me, it's not original but you could make it your own and distinguish it from others like it, and there's not really one iconic movie like that to compare yours to. I really like the one about Walmart it sounds like a fun movie.
The last one well I don't think I would want to see a movie there I wacth a young man go though a bad time and then kill himself. now if it had a different ending like say he wanted to kill himself but his true old friends came to talk him out of it or some alone those lines. But that is just my thoughts

1 looks stupid
2 looks stupider
3 looks good but make it in the year 2020 and war has ravaged the land and his family owns a war company (a company that creates war weapons) and when this happens he loses his real friends and makes richer friends who eat pate and gourmet hot dogs. and he ends up having to save everyone but he will die soon from a disease.
oh wait thats a game called METAL GEAR SOLID 4 but who cares they all stink

i like the first one the best, second the least. if you are most enthused about the 2nd though then you should go with that, although i think there are a few lifetime movies with similar plots ;).

They all sound like they could be pretty decent movies but I also think I've seen them all before.....and that could be a deterrent.
