I've been working out for about 2 years, but i nthe beginning iwas just elarning and trying new things, i only gained minor gains. Don't get me wrong iwas working uot hard but iguess my body was getting use dto the workouts and i just started getting real noticeable gains i nthe past 7 or 8 months. It's not a lot and iwish i could get more. I workout hard training one or two body parts a day, taking one day for break. but i keep my workouts short at around a half hour. I work my hardest. I'm usually sore all the time the day after (except when doing back and shoulders for some reaosn) I drink Whey Protein shakes twice a day and consume sas much protein as ican all day and try to eat healthy. But I'm not getting the gains i really want. iwant to be bigger. But when i do flex my muscles are always soft like ican push them back in. Can you help me out here? Why are they soft and how can i improve this? (im 16 right now if that has anything to do with this. i'm also a skinny kid, not fat)

Consistency is better than intensity. Doing several slow, in-control reps is a lot better than doing a lot of reps with little weight or little reps with a lot of weight. Try working toward doing three sets of eight reps in control. Once you can do those three sets easily and in control, move up to three sets of twelve reps. Once you are able to easily do that, add more weight. That should help you gain more mass and bulk up a little more.

There isn't any change among difficult and smooth muscle, skeletal muscle is commonly all of the equal. The motive a few persons have higher outlined muscle mass is that they've a scale back frame fats percent. You will have robust muscle mass however have fats on best of it in order that it looks soft. More outlined muscle mass don't seem to be always more potent it's only a leaner seem.
