Slick Willie did not need a diversion that big and he hates the military. It would not have looked good for his "legacy" to have the troops disobey a draft dodging "commander in chief"!

Bill Clinton was the first (that I know of) to conduct an intelligence study on international crime. The CIA published the study in 2000.
If you ask me, that's about 14 years too late (I go back to the Marines in Lebanon). That puts Reagan, Bush Sr. and Clinton on the hot seat, all of whom likely depended on intelligence and surgical strikes rather than invasion and concerted world-wide effort.

Because Clinton the Appeaser was in power. He chose to not fight them because they would fight back. And going to war would be against liberal dogma. So he threw a few darts at them and said they were defeated, then tried to sweep it under the carpet so he wouldn't be criticized by his comrades. He's a bigger jerk than Carter was a wimp.

The FBI cooked and had a mentally retarded muslim place the bomb in 1993, only he placed it in the wrong place. DO some research! The shadow government tried to pull CLinton into a war, but it failed.

People were aware of terrorists but failed to take them seriously.

Clinton was "in charge". He was way too scared and didn't want to ruffle any feathers. He was also WAY too busy trying to cover up his little scandal. If only he would have taken Osama when he was handed over to him (on at least 2 occasions). Thousands of lives would have been spared. Clinton is a selfish pig.
