Internet Explorer 7 crashes when I open a new tab. When I open IE, open a tab, close the first one, then open another one, IE crashes. If I use the no add-ons version, it doesn't crash. My guess is that it's an add-on: I have McAfee SiteAdvisor, Epson Web-To-Page, Google Toolbar, Yahoo! Toolbar, and Norton Antivirus Toolbar.

There is no way to fix it. Internet Explorer is horribly broken to begin with. Internet Explorer is the reason people randomly get viruses and spyware, because malicious websites can automatically install software on your PC by simply visiting their website. In this day and age, it is absolutely essential to get a secondary browser. There is no escaping it. Internet Explorer will break your PC just by using it.

I had this problem before, you need to remove either Mcafee or Norton to get back to normal.
