As long as they are open about what they are then I don't mind at all. I think there is room on Earth for all kinds of folks. Personally I would go for a full sex change rather than live as a woman with a willy, but then again that's just what I would do - if someone wants to be a ladyboy then good luck to them.
I don't find the idea of them erotic.
