If he won't agree to wear protection at your wish then he's not worth having as your boyfriend.
As for telling him, simply tell him the truth, if he won't accept it then you should tell him that its unacceptable and end it.

Yes, you could possibly still get pregnant. Precum has sperm in it too and when he's aroused it will be there and a little will get inside of you even if it's only in you for a couple seconds. If you know he is std free and would let him be with you without a condom, at least get on some form of birth control. I recommend the Depo Provera shot. Sometimes it can take close to a year to get pregnant after getting off of it. So, it was something I trusted until I wanted to start having kids. Good luck, and stay safe.

Yes! There is always a chance you can get pregnant from having unprotected sex!
If you are not comfortable having sex without a condom, DON'T DO IT!!!
Don't worry about making him mad, worry about protecting yourself. Be honest with him and tell him you're not ok with that. Make him wear a condom so you can better enjoy your first time.

Oh yes you can get pregnant!
And you can get pregnant with a condom and it doesn't have to break. One thing I know about people and sex - it feels much better without a condom - but it isn't worth the gamble.
And he may try to wear you down on this - but be prepared, if a baby is made he will be gone!

I wouldn't do that at all. It's hard to stop especially in the "moment" I would suggest for you to go and get birth control before you have sex. Condoms can break, come off etc. Make him wear a condom and if he can't respect that, then he's not worth having sex with, especially for your first time.

For Roman Catholics, sex outdoors marriage is a sin. The Church also disapproves of any non-organic start-administration approach. contained when it comes to the condom, that's a sin, even outdoors marriage and for VD prevention.

Yes there is. Even though I understand why he doesn't wanna use the condom if he disrespects you ike that I (Well... assuming I was female which I'm not and btw I'm completely and totaly straight) wouldn't pick him as your 1st. Your first you will remember forever.
Plus, once the action starts it's easy to forget that you should put a condom on. Trust me on this.

you can get pregnant from precum, so dont have sex without a condom at all.
you should explain to him that you dont feel comfortable with it. If he doesnt listen to you or gets angry, then you are obviously not in a committed loving relationship and should not be having sex anyway.
