I doubt you have an ivory billed woodpecker, and if you do, you shouldn't as it is an endangered species. If it did however have a prosthetic beak I doubt it would start pecking plastic as I am sure its knowledge and ability to peck lies in its brain as opposed to the beak.

lol....awe im sorry about ur birds beak, i think i will still have its natural instict to peck wood. just make sure u clean his prosthetic beak after every meal... good luck

shouldn't this "question" be contained in the JOKES & RIDDLES Catagory????? contained in the Birds Catagory, i hit upon it extremely offensive! Any chook in actual life who loses their beak is going to STARVE to lack of life, now to not teach the discomfort of the loss itself!
