Want to put ringtones on my phone!!!?

ok yes i have ringtones htat i have gotten by bluetooth but i have one question!!!! how could i make a file smaller or shorter please help me on this!!!

ill make it even easier for you.. go to www.mbuzzy.com and register, its FREE .. the songs on your computer can be converted there and sent to you as a textg.. easy huh?
