One of my friends was freaking out becuz she had no boobs! I'm standing there watch her freak out. It was funny. Anyway back to the story. So, she was freaking out, running in circles and screaming. and then, she just stopped. She ran over to me and said 'What exactly are those things made of?!?'. Fatty tissue and milk ducts I said. She looked at me, picked up her backpack, and walked away. I'm screaming "Are you kidding me? The shows over???". It was HILARIOUS! There's your answer. buh-bye

Some glands and tissue, a little muscle at the base but mostly fat. One of the first places that you put on weight is in the breasts which is why heavier women have larger ones.

Breast tissue is glandular, with a lot of fat thrown in. There are also blood vessels, lymphatic vessels and nerves. Muscles are underneath. Skin is on top.

Lots of things -
Mostly 'fatty' tissue . . . not very pretty to see, having transported tissues removed for mastectomies and biopsies when driving as a courier for a hospital lab system.
