by themselves i guess they would technically a form of plasma.
plasma is a state of matter where protons, electrons and neutrons roam freely with no attachment to each other because of their high kinetic energy (temperature)

It depends on the state of matter the substance is in. Mercury electrons are liquid, Alluninum's are solid, and Helium's are gas.

Particlies are tightly packed space nothing else, So speaking nature of electron state we have to say its quantum plasma beacuse we cant make substance out of isolated electrons packed togther. we can only feel solid, liquid, gaseous state and phases depends on its physical state we keep it in

i think of you're puzzled with regard to the definition of states of rely (or stages). first of all: electrons are electrons. they're portion of uncomplicated rely, yet they are no longer rely itself. Secondly, the section rely is in is defined by applying the quantity of skill the debris are experiencing. that's superb stated while watching water at distinctive temperatures: it boils and evaporates at 100C (e.g. lot's of skill), it quite is frozen at 0C (e.g. a small volume of skill) and in between 0C and 100C it quite is in liquid form. in accordance to Bohr's kind of the atom, electrons can exist in distinctive skill ranges, yet that's extremely distinctive to the aforementioned stages.
