I hate these kinds of questions... (Grin)

I am neither a democrat or republican, as I prefer to vote for the person.

When you vote this way it can be a very depressing endeavour.

The first election I just couldn't, in good conscience, vote for Gore. To me, he was far too reminescent of Jimmy Carter, and that was a terrifying thought.

I may be the only one to admit this, but I'm not real big on enviornmental issues, and tend to focus on global issues as being more important. At the time, I just wasn't impressed with Al Gore, and when I looked at his voting record, for me that made it even worse.

So I have to admit that during the first election, I did vote for bush, and I have truly regretted it ever since.

I was never in love with Kerry, but I knew this country would be in big trouble if we had bush in office another four years. I did become an activist again, and worked very hard toward making sure bush did not win here in Michigan. I should have worked in Ohio, but that's another story...

Do I think bush is a good president?

No I don't. I'm hopeful that history will look upon him as inept, unprepared, lacking in knowledge, and considered one of the least qualified presidents we've had. I realize that's a tall order, but I can dream...

I think George Bush is an excellent president and yes, I voted for him. Americans need to back President Bush more than ever. If the Democrats take over completely, we will be the laughing stock of the world as well as being doomed. Our military need more help in Iraq. The Democrats are going to fight it. How many of our men and women will be killed as a result? President Bush has been condemned for the war in Iraq. If we had not did what we did, there would have already been more 911's. It's better to try to stop it there while helping another country in the process, than to have it come here. The USA is hated by many countries. Some would not hesitate to destroy us by any means possible. They would not hesitate to slaughter the Christians and torture our innocent children and babies. Yes friend. our President is one of the very best ever. Without another like him, we will suffer. This country is morally decaying. Liberal government will help destroy America as we have known it . God bless our President.
