Ok well I have a geometry project that I need help on. And I have to do something on a therom(sorry I know that is spelled wrong) that people have used or use in everyday life. There are so many theroms I don`t know where to start! Things like the formulas would work too. An example of using one of these would be how the egyptians used geometry to construct the pyramids.

thank you!!

My dad is an electrician and he says he uses the pythagorean thereom every day at work. Try an internet search on that, you may find some useful information.

I would say "the shortest distance between two points is a straight line."

If you look at the paths worn through the grass across lawns, you can see proof that people use this every day to take "short cuts" instead of walking on sidewalks. People naturally want to cut across because they know that is shorter and faster.
