it has proven medical results wether it be in there head or not fact is people who are deathly ill and can get some relief should be able to use as well as the reason it got to be illegal was a lying smear campaign put on by our early American gov.so it should be rescinded in the mean time alcohol which is legal has caused way more harm to the common working man then pot ever thought about as well as the money spent catching and keeping people for smoking a plant could be used for better things like the fight on meth, crack, heroin which all have terrible pr oven side effects and if there is money left over drug rehab programs as well as the resin from Maryjane plants can replace some plastic..use it to make paper saving our trees and many other useful products that would help jump-start today's economy again and it can be used to make a fuel which we all need

Marijuana would desire to be legalized. the money being spent on regulation enforcement as properly as incarceration to wrestle marijuana is exceptional. That extra investment would desire to be positioned back into the "war on drugs" efforts to help going after methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine and the diverse different drugs that are extra volatile and addicting. Plus it would desire to be controlled and the government would desire to benefit tax money as a extra bonus. to not point out all the medicinal makes use of that has been shown to be important.

For a gateway drug that is on the scale of alcahol, it ties up many resources such as police, investigators, judges and etc... If legal it could turn a profit such as taxes, and control, license dealers and etc....

It could also turn a profit in police finds compared to court cases that most never paid....

So we won't be spending a fortune to get it stopped when it is impossible to stop. At least then they would have to pay taxes on it and empty the jails if it is not illegal. It is breaking the country to pay for these guys to be in jail.
