He was sworn into office with his hand on the Koran. Given that the Koran gives him permission to lie to Jews. Christians, and infidels, what is your opinion about this?

Any so called religious book is full of snippets which condone foolish, hateful and violent behaviour. We however live in the United States, where the freedom to believe any crazy book you wish is paramount. So if he wants to be sworn in on the Bible, The Koran or Huckleberry Finn, that is his right.

Your a clown. The United States was founded on the idea of freedom and that includes religion. If you are such a bigot that you must be afraid of Islam, I implore you to seek the actual facts about the religion and even the contents of the Koran. You do know that Koran was also the property of Thomas Jefferson?

He may be a Muslim but he was raised in the US and has our culture. A lot of the atrocities associated with Muslims are actually Middle Eastern culture and not from Islam. I don't think he's going to start pushing the evil you see in the Middle East. If he does, he won't get re-elected. Quit worrying about it.

You guys need to quit making a big deal about this. Islam itself is not bad. It is the people (small minority) of the relgion that are bad. This person is an American first and foremost, and it should not matter what religion he is.
