Uh, they didn't play a snap of competitive football for 2 months. Hence, another reason the BCS sucks.

Heisman curse. The voters conspired to get Florida into the game and also to get Troy Smith saddled with the bronze statue of doom. He should have left it in the airport lost and found.

The only consipracy here was that Ohio State was too busy reading how great they were and Florida decided to punch them in the mouth. The refs were even nice enough to spot OSU 7 points and they couldn't do anything with it.

Im not going to make excuses, florida outplayed us last night

But if you want to make excuses conspiracy is not the best one.

You could try the Oline sucking, therefore rendering the offense useless...

Or you could try Ted Ginn Jr getting hurt by his own team mates probably, on that kick off return.

It seemed to me that Florida was more focused, and they shook the rust of after that 2 month rest a lot better than Ohio did.
But conspiracy theory? i have to say no sorry

Plus, and ths may be the biggest factor, Ohio had expectations, Florida didnt, that means:
Ohio played not to lose,
Florida played to win.

and we all know how that wil turn out 10 out of 10 times

Ohio State prepared like they were playing Northwestern. Florida prepared like the were playing the Patriots. Plain and simple, OSU got out played and out coached. It happened last year to SC, and the year before to Oklahoma. You cant hand out awards and trophys before the last game is played.

Ohio State lost because they were the second best team on the field. It didn't help that Troy Smith was smiling the whole game like he thought he would will them back to victory. No sense of urgency.

Two words: Urban Meyer

It was clear which coach made best use of the time off. All the speed doomed OSU -- no conspiracy whatsoever.

Ohio State could'nt match all that speed Florida had they just wasn't prepared for that game. the better team won.

Nahhh!!!!!!!! poor prepration, no sense of urgency, no emotion, a failure to make the necessary adjusments and overall poor coaching on Tressel's part. We just go beat.

no conspiracy. OSU had never seen the SEC before and their speed. thats why smith didnt have time to throw and OSU coaching didnt make any adjustments to it.
