make sure there are no vacuum leaks! coolant sensor reading too cold will cause this too. clogged exhaust system also cat. convertor clogged. disconnect coolant sensor and try, disconnect throttle position sensor and try also, very black exhaust smoke? look down throttle body as vehicle is running and see if there's too much fuel flow.
putting your hands over throttle body as it's running... it should stall... if it dont there is a large vacuum leak, check the p.c.v. and hoses too.

You say you rebuilt the throttle body. Did you take the regulator apart? It sounds like a bad fuel pressure regulator. It is located unter the injector pod. I have seen several get corroded and break causing the same problems you are talking about. Good luck

this is achieveable you have the incorrect sparklplugs. Hows your air clear out? Is it previous? are you able to work out daylight hours with the aid of it? it would desire to be plugged up. it would desire to be a loss of air, not too lots gasoline. How previous is your thermostat? it would desire to be caught open. (chilly engine) verify the basics first. changing a gaggle of high priced factors seems pointless in case you do not verify the undemanding issues. extra: O2 Sensor? probable not the priority. human beings elect to blame the O2 sensor for the priority considering is the place the computing gadget fault looks. whether, 9 situations out of ten, this is not defective. this is in simple terms examining a situation interior the engine that's inflicting it to deliver a sign to the computing gadget that there is a fault interior the exhaust emissions mixture. A fouled spark plug, unfastened spark plug twine, a vacuum leak, grimy injectors, EGR valve, susceptible gasoline pump, grimy gasoline clear out, susceptible ignition coil, plugged air clear out, on and on, can all reason the O2 sensor to sign in a fault code. formerly you yank the O2 sensor and replace it, verify the basics first. otherwise, you will have wasted time and money on the consequence, not the reason.

you had them flow checked for output but did you have a leakdown check? sounds like you have a very leaky injector or stuck pressure regulator. deff something on the fuel rail is open or leaking. does this truck have the gm spider injectors? they are prone to leak and flood motor. also check your plugs and wires if one or more cyl are dead the motor will run like crap and flood also.
