I only think that it should be legal because it helped someone I knew when they were very sick. Other then that, I don't think that they should legalize marijuana.

I do think that medical marijuanna should be legal. It helps a friend of mine too, it makes her feel a lot better. I know there are side effects, but what medication doesnt have side effects?

Absolutely. It is very effective in dealing with a lot of different conditions, especially those involving cronic pain.
Not only for medical reasons though. I personally think it outrageous that a drug as harmful as alcohol whould be not only legal, but socially acceptable and that marijuana is not.
We all know that alcohol causes many more problems, both for our health and our society.

Absolutely medical marijuana should be legal!
Marijuana has several health benefits.
Cancer and AIDS patients so they can eat food when without it they are very sick at their stomach, and cannot hold food on their stomach
People suffering from Glaucoma.

Yes,its a plant that is used in the most part for recreation. The only reason the law is involved is for tax purposes. There is no tax on plants grown in your backyard. But if you get caught growing the wrong plants, your get to pay a bribe to the local court. My opinion is to allow plants to be grown for free, just like any other herb. If someone is mass producing these plants, and selling them, than there should be a tax on the transaction, just like anything else that is produced or grown.

As someone who has chronic health problems, yes, I think it should be legal on a medical basis. It *is* legal for medical reasons in Alaska, but I don't want my name on a gov't list for smoking pot!!

Actually, it already is legal. Its used in pill form to stimulate appetite in patients with cancer.

First of all I'm not a christian, but GOD did make the herbs for our medicinal purposes. And although I don't like the effect it has on me, I do know plenty of people that need to smoke up and get laid

yes...because people will realize that is legal so they will limit themselves to its use..and no because there is always that retard/s who will screw everything up for everybody because they are to immature.
