On the engine body, right at the radiator hose inlet.

No coolant moving thru htr. core inside car.

Thermostat follow upper Rad. hose to eng.there,one check feel upper rad hose does it get warm after5 min of eng run?

sounds like to me the heaters fcked, go to your nearest garage

turn off the aircon !!
