Are you male or female? If you are female you may be anemic. It could be if you are male also but, more likely if a female. This can make yopu extremely tired and you may feel like not even moving if your Hgb. is really low. I would get to the Dr. and have myself checked out. If your eyelids on the bottom when you pull them out lood pale instead of reddish or if they look really pale or white you need to get iron and that means seeing a Dr. and having a checkup. It could be not eating well or winter blahs or other things but feeling that it's not you and worrying about it makes it seem like something else and better to be safe thatn sorry. It takes a while to get iron in you to build yourself back up so, see the Dr. Make sure there is no thyroid problems or anything else going on. Good luck.

One proven natural way to give you more energy is to drink more water. 8 cups a day Pshhhhhhh I dont even drink that much but if you do you will see a noticible difference in yourself wait 3 days and see if you feel a little better after doing this.
Also eating more healthy sometimes helps out.................

one time i was really tired and then i stubbed my toe against my bed and had to jump around for about 10 seconds. I wasn't tired for the rest of the day. Of course, I'm not suggesting that you do this, but I thought it was an interesting answer.

don't exercise so hard. That may help! Or, maybe you should consider going to the doctor to see if he/she knows! Doctors know alot, so i bet he/she could answer your question! =)
Of course on the other hand, it may be your weight size?
Usually people that are skinny are usually have more energy.
Ask yourself also,
- Have I been doing anything that i don't usually do that takes alot out of me?
- What have i been doing. Watching to much TV, lying around just a little to much latley?

Maybe your mattress or pillows aren't suitable for you.
Maybe you have a medical condition keeping you from sleeping soundly.
You should see a doctor. Sleep apnea, depression, stress, etc, etc can prevent you from getting a good night's sleep.
