depends on the area they work in states have different wage requirements so someone in California could make 8.50 while someone in New York could make 11.75 for the same job just an example but if I had to guess country wide its probably $8-12 an hour

Probably close to minimum wage to start, which varies from state to state, but I would think with more experience the wage level would be higher.
