I trust you have read the previous answers, they have some good info. Mainly, increase your health. Juice some vegetables. Consume good food. Use whole salt (real salt or Celtic sea salt, or the equivalent, they have the 14 trace minerals you need). Get some good exercise (walking briskly for example) How is your weight? Excess weight can be a factor, as it alters hormone balance. Are you aware of "fertile mucus"? During your fertile time (if you have one) the mucus is slippery. That enables the sperm to live and travel. To become pregnant you need to have intercourse early during the fertile time. if you are having intercourse daily, then it will not be nearly so likely to be effective. The Almighty had women do a cleansing after the period, which meant the couple were coming together again approximately at the fertile time.{I believe He knows what He is doing, and gives us some good information we should follow} (A man only makes so many live sperm cells, and if they are used every day, then fewer will be available when needed.)

hi there, i'm 23 and been trying for a baby for 22 months now. i recommend that you go and see your doctor, i have just had a blood test and waiting for the results to come back to check my hormone levels etc. i was a smoker but if you're deadly serious about trying for a baby then you should stop. i gave up smoking 2 months ago because i am serious about having a child and haven't touched one since, the thought of a baby is more important to me than smoking. I'm trying not to stress about the whole thing now and relax. i have just taken a week off work and so has my partner so we can get down to..............!
you will be fine, going to the doctors like i have has helped me feel more at ease. one thing i will tell you is be direct with your doc, all that the doc used to say to me was that i was stressed so in the end i told the doc that i wanted it looked into! good luck honey, you'll be fine :-)

Hello, I am 21 years old and have been going through the same thing. My husband and I both want kids really bad and when it wasn't happening we were getting very frustrated with ourselves... I talked to my sister who also had problems and we went to a specialist. We found out that I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and that makes it hard for pregnancy to happen when you don't ovulate on your own.
So, now I am on Progesterone to regulate me so we can try on our own that way and if that doesn't work then we have Clomid to see what works. My advice to you is if you want children you need to go to a doctor and they can help you if you are having problems. It always helps if your regular to keep track of your ovulation... start counting from the first day of your period until day 14 and have intercourse every other day. Don't let your boyfriend ejaculate 3 days before day 14 so he will have a higher sperm count. And if you are a little overweight losing 24 pounds will increase your chances by 30%!
Good luck to you and your boyfriend and I hope you find a method that works for you!!

You can buy ovulation kits at the chemist to see when you are at your most fertile, and make love on the days you are most likely to conceive.
You could also make love every other day.
Try lying in bed with your legs up the wall to encourage the sperm in the right direction.
If its been a year, you could see your doctor and be referred for some tests to see if there is a medical reason that you are not conceiving.
Most of all try not to worry about it too much, that can hamper conception.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Hi! Firstly congratulations on trying to quit smoking! that will help you significantly! I'm in a similar situation to you. My hubby-to-be and i have been trying for a baby, unfortunetly without any sucess... yet. the thing you said about your steroids... it won't affect you becoming pregnant. it will infact, when you are pregnant, possibly make your baby bigger!!! I'm on steroids and a whole lot of other medication for my kidneys (rare auto-immune disease) and i have been told that it shouldn't hinder getting pregnant. I hope this settles your nerves about the steroids having any negative affect. if you need to just check with your doc and ask him for a referral to a obstatrician to just make sure everything is as it should be. I know trying for a year can take a lot out of you emotionally, but just hang in there!!!
hope this helps!!!

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/dQA54
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

I take the herbal remedy Female Balance Plus from www.herbdoc.com
for hormone imbalance. Dr. Schulze lists it, as well as the five day cleanse http://www.herbdoc.com/p22.asp as a way to increase fertility in women. I know that it has helped me a lot. The female balance costs $28/bottle, and the five day detox costs $60.00.
I can't speak personally for the fertility, but the female balance http://www.herbdoc.com/p44.asp has been a miracle worker in my house in regards to PMS (gave me a new lease on life). It is also shrinking a fibroid tumor on my right ovary. (it regulated my hormones, and the tumor, which is hormone fed, started shrinking) I can't say enough about it!
Note: If you look in the index of ailments at the website, they recommend something to increase fertility in men. Maybe it's NOT you...
For fertility in men, they recommend the following formulae:
Male, Super Ginseng, Prostate, 5 Day Cleanse http://www.herbdoc.com/abptoc.asp
I think the idea is to regulate your hormones, and remove the toxins from your body, increasing your chances for conception and a healthy pregnancy. Best wishes in your pursuit!!
Good luck

I don't know if you even drink it or not, but don't drink mountain dew, and don't let your partner drink it either. Yeah it sounds crazy, but I thought that too when a friend told me about it. She knew a couple that was trying to get pregnant and the ladies doctor was going over things that she ate/drnak on a daily basis. She mentioned Mt. Dew and he told her to stop drinking it. They have 7 kids now. I quit drinking it and got pregnant a couple of months later. It has something to do with the yellow coloring they use in it. Good luck.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a
