Our router only supports WEP, and I heard that it is bad security, so should I just leave it unsecured and use MAC filtering? We aren't going to replace the wireless router, so thats not an option. Its a comcast netgear router. Any suggestions?

Is it easier for someone to moniter our network traffic if WEP is disabled, or is it just the same with WEP enabled? should i be worried about anything?

Will my internet go faster with WEP disabled by the way....Sorry for all the questions!

just use WEP and MAC filtering that way you have implemented 2 security measures instead of just one.

with IP based traffic you won't notice a difference in transmission speeds with WEP enabled or not.

Yea you could do that but WEP is bad. If you get both of them then its even better.
