Don't change her diet. Too much greens and veggies could give her diarreah and possibly diabetes (if too much carrotts)
Just provide lots of nesting material and quiet areas. She knows what to do.

First give her an EPT to see if she really pregnant. Give her Vegetables high in Folic Acid and use a variety. Carrots, The Greens are a real good choice, also, try a few fruits and Avocado. Make sure she have a real piece of wood to chew on when she worry (It Trims their teeth). Do not use Store bought wood as it may have chemicals. Rabbits like Organic wood, oak, hickory etc. Hard Woods, not Pine or Cedar. Have a Salt Lick and plenty of fresh water. Then do not let her Drink Beer or Smoke and have a nice bed for her. Then you did best you can.

The diet of the rabbit does not need to change until the third week of pregnancy. At this time, she benefits from added protein in her diet to give her to feti during this important growing stage. Free feeding her once her babies are born is highly suggested. Free feeding means to give her almost as much as she wants to eat. Almost, meaning depending on what breed she is, you don't want her to get obese from it, but you want her to be able to supply enough nutrition to herself and her babies while producing milk.
Rabbit's gestation is 31 days from the date of conception. Often times, they can deliver between 28-35 days without problems.
Give her a nest box of good size that she can jump in, turn around in and jump out without feeling crowded. Stuff it with some sort of nesting material such as grass hay, straw, shredded newspaper, or a combination of these. Avoid pine shavings. Many breeders are known to use this as a layer on the bottom, but this can be bad for the kits when they start opening their eyes, causing irritation to the eyes.
Make sure she has this nesting box about a week before her due date.
The only way to tell 100% is she is pregnant is by palpation. This technique is to be done only by someone who knows what they are doing because this can injure/abort the growing fetus. Mood/personality changes, swelling of the belly, increased appetite are signs you may see in your doe that is pregnant. Gathering of hay/material can mean pregnancy, but not always the case. She can show all these signs going through a false pregnancy, she may think she is pregnant, or actually is, but aborts still thinking she is pregnant.
Visit my site, I have a breeding/kindling page that details more on this subject (with some pictures too)

Just give her some hay to chew on and to make a nest out for her babies. A bunny only has a 30 day gestation period so be ready! Also, a female rabbit can get pregnant within 24 hours of giving birth. Make sure you seperate her from the male rabbits who will impregnate her AGAIN and could harm her new babies.

i don't know about all of that but my parents raised them. when they start pulling out the fur under their necks, they're about to have them. now when they are born don't touch them. if they smell like human, momma will eat them. i learned the hard way when i was 9 yrs old.
