Just be honest. I was in the same position only I was a junior. I told my mom I had missed a period and that I was pregnant. She just kept saying my name over and over again. Then she said " OK. what do you want to do?" She never yelled at me. Never reminded me I was stupid. Never told me she was disappointed. NOTHING. She was SOOOO cool. We are closer than ever now. You never know how she will react but you have to tell her. She will be better than you can imagine. Good luck

wow im a guy sophmore, and if i got my gf pregnant, which i wont, id freak...but lets put the telling mom question aside for a sec and ask about the father. Does he kno? Is he with you all the way? Can he support you and the baby? R u gonna get an abortion? r u ready 2 b a mom? and R u determined to have this baby and have him right and do anything you could to protect him?

but yes you need to answer these questions, and in doin so, i think you just found you way to tell you mom...not all by answered questions but showing her that youre responsible, and that you take responsibility for this, and that youd like her support.

Well when she is in a good mood, you need to tell her. Tell her why you did it. Tell her you knew you were wrong and that you want an abortion or w.e. Explain to her in a calm way. Tell her that you can't change the past and need to know what you can do for the future. Tell her as a mother, you need her advice and consideration along with forgiveness.

Well think about it, you only have what? 4 months of school left?
just wait till school is over to tell her, or else you will be grounded for prom and everything else! And then when you do tell her then she will probably still be mad, but atleast you can say "im not in school; anymore, and that you think you are ready to have a baby, b ecause you will be 18.

Just sit her down and have a heart to heart with her. Make sure you come to her with a serious plan. She may be upset with the situation but she will be happy that you were responsible enough to think it all the way through. Good Luck!

Talk to her privately. I was 21 when I had my first child and I was still terrified to tell my parents. But I took her aside and just told her. She already knew, and she was disappointed in me,(I was unmarried and living at home), but she loves my little guy and I don't think she would know what to do w/o him, now.

I was in the same situation 4 years ago. The only thing you can do is be honest. She might freak at first, but she'll get over it. Your almost an adult and almost out of school.

Just be honest with her...
No matter how mad or upset she may get, she is your mother & she loves you...I was 18 when I got pregnant with my daughter...& she is biracial...but now my mother & I are best friends & she loves my daughter more than anything!
