Making love is when a monogamous, committed couple who have deep feelings of attachment to one another, whereby their actions are no longer merely the responsibility of oneself, but two, comes together to share the deepest physical union two people can achieve where their bodies entwine and their souls bond as one.
This is described as 'making love', and it's one of the most precious acts of love a couple can share, because of it's meaning.
However, the meaning is lost when sex becomes merely a tool of self-gratification.

When you feel very satisfied with your partner on everything not just sexually, a nice cuddle with kisses can be considerd making love, but usually deep affection mixed with sex is making love, touching caressing making your partner feel on cloud nine, making love is not selfish, its two into one.
