Yes. Surgery works wonders. However, the recovery time is long and the pain right after and whilst recovering is rather excruciating according to those whom have gone through the procedure. Also, some men who have gone ahead and had the surgery have problems controlling the direction in which their erection points towards afterwards too sometimes.
