If you really want something done, I'd suggest buying one and sending it to the manufacturer of the real watches. Tell them where you bought it, and how much, and provide a name and address.They have more of an interest, and also have the resources to mobilize the legal system.

Report them!
Get as much as of description as possible and blow the whistle on 'em!
