First, add up the metals to find the total weight
23.20 + 10.40 + 6.00 + 0.40 = X

Then,
23.20/X*100 = % comp Lead
10.40/X*100 = % comp tin
6.00/X*100 = % comp Sb
0.04/X*100 = % comp Cu
