what are some swim cheers that don't put the other teams down?

what is the point the other cheering if you dont put the other team down?....you could make up a cheer for the fastest swimmer on the team or just make up a cheer about how great your team is.

this is one we use:
[whisper] we are the (team name/mascott-best if 2 syllables long[ex: king fish) couldnt be prouder, if you can't hear us, we'll shout a little louder.
repeat about 4 or 5 more times, getting louder each time. for the last one:
[yell] We are the (King Fish) couldnt be prouder, if you cant hear us, TOUGH!!
it has a cool effect if you are crowded around in the middle of the pool and after saying TOUGH splash the water around...
you could also do the Titans cheer from the movie (we are the titans the might might titans, every where we go people wanna know, who we are so we tell them we are the titans the mighty mighty titans) substituting your team name instead..

At our swim meets, we ALWAYS end the meet with a cheer about the other school, but saying something nice....such as:

POTATO CHIP, POTATO CHIP, MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH
WHO DO WE THINK IS A MIGHTY FINE BUNCH?
(THEN YELL NAME OF TEAM)

FUNGI, ALGAE, SLIME
THIS CHEER HAS NO RHYME
YOU SWIM GOOD!

Those are just two of the ones we use. We use some other ones, but I can't think of them right now. They are corny, i know...but they don't put the other team down:)

my school also does the 7-3-1 clap cheer, and the potato chip cheer at the end of meets. A few others are (my team is the Bears, our colors are orange, black, and white):

"1, we are the Bears, 2, a little bit louder, 3, I still can't hear you, 4 more more more" and we repeat that 3-4 times, getting louder each time.

Leader(s): When I say Go, you say fight! GO!
group: FIGHT
Leader: GO
Group: FIGHT
Leader: When I say orange, you say white! Orange!
group: WHITE
Leader: ORANGE
Group: WHITE
Leader: When I say number, you say one! Number!
Group: ONE

This is kinda hard to explain but its pretty good:

The whole team stands in a circle in the water. You use the letters of your school (ex: malibu high school=MHS). Smack the water 7 times fast, clap 7 times fast, smack the water 3 times fast, clap 3 times fast, smack the water once, clap once, and yell the first letter. Then repeat for the rest of the letters. And then after the last letter you can yell swim or whatever you want. I hope you understand that and that it helps!

our highschool uses different cheers here are a couple
1 M-O-M-M-A we know why u look that way yo momma yo yo yo momma

2 U-R-I-N-E U-R-I-N-E U-R-I-N-E urine urine urine your in trouble

3 this might not work for some people but our mascot is a highlander (scots) so we have a bag pipe play and we all walk out down a disabled staircase and form a cirlce and chant S-C-O-T-S a few times but that one is just for anyone that could have a bagpiper
