There is a product called GOO GONE you can find it at any major store like Walmart. I use this product all the time. You spray it on and then let it soak for about a minute and then wipe it off and the sticker will come off with it.
It will not harm your changing table and it smells like oranges.
It cost about $3.

Do not use nail polisher remover. It will remove the finish on the wood.
Use anything with a greasey base, I haven't tried peanut butter as another person suggested but it makes sense because I have found even butter or mazola oil takes off sticky labels. Just saturate the sticker, leave it on for a short time and then wipe clean.

Nachosymon's method is very good, and I have also had great success with a similar application of mayonnaise. (I assume it's the oil in the mayonnaise, just like with the peanut butter.)
Apply a generous coating of mayonnaise across the sticker, and allow it to sit for a few hours. You should be able to scrape off the sticker in pieces. Use your fingernail, or the edge of a credit card, or something similar.
I've actually had better luck with the mayonnaise. I live in the desert, and it is less likely to dry up as peanut butter sometimes does.
Good luck!

Nail polish remover may also take off the varnish of the wood....apply peanut butter to the sticker and let it sit overnight. The oil in the peanut butter will soften the adhsive and you should be able to peel it off in pieces or gently scrape it off. Don't you hate that they put those big labels on stuff like that??? I hate it when they put the price tag on the cover of a book!

Try soaking a cotton ball or paper towel in nail polish remover. Hold it against the label until the label is soaked through.

Goo Gone!! It gets of ANYTHING sticky...stickers, gum, glue, crayons, marker, etc. It, too, doesn't damage wood. I use the stuff all the time.
